Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juice products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances except as specifically described below or as required by applicable law.
1. Policy Overview
Earth Club LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") produces and sells fresh, cold-pressed juices and wellness products. Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we have adopted a strict no-refund policy.
By placing an order on earthclub.kitchen, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
2. Why We Have This Policy
Our no-refund policy exists for the following important reasons:
- Perishable Products: Our cold-pressed juices are made fresh with no preservatives and have a limited shelf life of 3-5 days when refrigerated
- Food Safety: Once shipped, we cannot verify that products have been properly stored or handled, making them unsuitable for resale or consumption by others
- Made-to-Order: Products are freshly prepared specifically for your order
- Health Regulations: Food safety laws prohibit the return and resale of perishable items
3. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Taste preferences or personal satisfaction
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Failure to retrieve package from delivery location
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Orders placed in error
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Health reactions or allergies (please review ingredients before purchasing)
- Gifts that recipient does not want
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Our production process begins immediately upon order confirmation to ensure freshness. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Note: There is no cancellation window. All orders are immediately queued for production.
5. Limited Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may provide a credit, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion for:
5.1 Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged by the carrier (crushed box, leaking contents), you must:
- Document the damage with photos before opening the package
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@earthclub.kitchen
- Include your order number and photos in your email
- Retain all packaging materials for potential carrier inspection
5.2 Wrong Items Shipped
If we made an error and shipped incorrect products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the error
- Photos of products received
5.3 Non-Delivery
If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact us within 24 hours. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Note: If tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for theft or misplacement.
6. How to Report Issues
If you believe you qualify for an exception under Section 5, please contact us:

Important: All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.
7. Resolution Process
If your claim is approved:
- We will respond within 2-3 business days
- At our discretion, we may offer: store credit, replacement products, or a partial/full refund
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Our decision is final and not subject to appeal
8. Subscription Orders
For subscription customers:
- You may cancel future subscription orders at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellation must be done through your account settings or by contacting us
- Current and past subscription orders are not eligible for refunds
- Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled
9. Gift Cards & Promotional Credits
- Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable
- Gift cards do not expire
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
10. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Contest the chargeback with documentation of your purchase and our policies
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Pursue collection of any amounts owed
- Take legal action if necessary

11. Product Quality
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. To ensure the best experience:
- Refrigerate products immediately upon receipt
- Consume within the expiration date on the bottle
- Shake well before drinking (separation is natural)
- Review ingredient lists for potential allergens before purchase
12. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. For New York residents, nothing in this policy limits your rights under New York consumer protection statutes.
